HD2-S Heavy Duty Support Tactical Robot with a Multi-Axis Arm

The HD2 features a tracked design that allows it to climb over most obstacles including stairs. It features a 20x zoom camera with 360 degree pan and -15/+90 degree tilt. It also has IR capability so you can see in any lighting condition. With all the features of the HD2-S Doberman, the addition of a multi-axis arm makes this robot even more versatile.

The multi-axis arm allows the operator to open doors, provides assistance in scaling obstacles, moving debris, inspecting suspicious items, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) at a safe distance. The strong arm is capable of lifting 20 pounds fully extended. The Mastiff can be equipped with an available 5th axis allowing the base to rotate 400 degrees, and the optional 6th axis allows the wrist to tilt 160 degrees. With this very agile and strong arm, this robot makes a very versatile tool.

Bomb Disposal

Our UGV (Unmanned Ground Vehicle) is an excellent choice to keep people out of harm's way when it comes to Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), bomb diffusing, and removal of Improvised Explosive Device (IED), pipe bombs, pressure cookers, etc. The HD2 Arm can be equipped with a mount for a Carbon Fire 10 Disrupter. We can supply the disrupter mount with or without the disrupter to EOD Departments.

Operator Control Unit (OCU) Specifications:

Control your tactical robot with an Operator Control Unit (OCU). Our digital radio systems provide encrypted long-range control of your robot. We offer a variety of remotes, so you can choose the system that meets your needs!
Standard Enclosed Remote: This remote is contained in a pelican style case. It features built in industrial joysticks. It is easy to hold and has a 12" tablet display.
Quad and split screen video processing is available as an option. Also available is an advanced Kinematic model of robot and arm displayed on OCU LCD providing precise position feedback of the arm and collision detection.
Repeaters and Secondary Monitoring Stations are available for all our digital control systems.
