Please upload your files in a zip format (zip extension). For 2D elements provide a DXF file with minimal borders, notes, and dimensions. The drawing needs to be scaled 1:1 and in inches. Both of these will reduce the time and cost spent prepping for cutting. For 3D elements provide a STEP file.
